1. Academy Staff, 9 month contract: Positions Filled, March 15th to November 15th, 2010
Academy staff members are the backbone of USA. Coaches will work with individuals and teams in order to develop them over the course of a season. Coaches will work during the three main soccer seasons of spring, summer and autumn and will also assist in the promotion of all USA programs. 2. Academy Staff, 4-5 month contract: Positions Filled, July 25th to November 15th, 2010
Ideal for students in the last year of their studies or for those interested in an introduction to the US. Coaches will begin work during the busy Summer season on day-camp style programs before moving onto the more traditional soccer season in the autumn season. 3. Area Manager, 9 month contract: Positions Filled, March 15th to November 15th, 2010
Typically, these positions are filled by current Academy Staff Members who have proven themselves to excel in their current position, however, suitable applicants will be interviewed for the position. 4. Trainee Regional Director, Long term contracts: Positions Filled, March 15th, 2010 onwards.
Trainee Regional Directors are typically filled from within the organization although external applicants are welcome. Trainee Regional Directors (TRDs) must have advanced coaching knowledge and experience. A university degree is required for 18 month positions. TRDs must also possess extensive sales and management experience. TRDs will manage a group of staff and clients in an assigned geographical region. Apply Now for 2011
