High School Teams from throughout New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania have enjoyed this pre-season event which has a reputation for high level instruction and competetive scrimmages all at one location.
The day is broken down in to training sessions in the mornings, followed by scrimmages in the afternoon. Training sessions are specific to the pre-season with a technical and conditioning emphasis but all sessions are tailored to meet the individual needs of the team. through interaction with the High School coach.
Players are placed in teams based on where they would fall within the school squads i.e. Varsity, JV and Freshman and those groups of teams are pooled together for scrimmages against other High Schools throughout the week. Varsity squads play against other Varsity squads and freshmen play against other freshman squads, etc.

Multi-Team Camp - Goalkeepers
The goalkeeper position requires specific individual attention. Our goalkeeping curriculum was designed by Alan Thompson (N.W. Regional School of Excellence, England) with technical input from Martin Prickett (Watford Football Club, England).
This goalkeeping curriculum has been designed to ensure that all goalkeepers experience a well-rounded camp experience. The sessions begin in a low pressure technical environment and build into game realistic situations. Goalkeepers will have numerous opportunities to face shooting practice from various teams at both the Varsity, JV and Freshmen level.
The Goalkeepers will spend the majority of the morning sessions away from their team and with the specific goalkeeper trainers. In the afternoons ,or for specific tactical sessions they will return to their teams. All keepers will return to their team in the afternoon for the scrimmage and tactical portion of the camp. Trainers will spend time during the sessions dealing with the extremely important issues of both concentration and confidence. Coaching in game situations and constructive feedback of performance will reinforce this point.
.
Single Team Camp - Goalkeepers
Goalkeepers in Single Team Camps will be incorporated into the regular team training environment. In instances where there are a large number of goalkeepers present at a single team site then s specific goalkeeping curriculum may be ran.

“The trainers are unbelievable! Having fun at the camp tops it all and my improvement showed on the score board during the season! It gets you in shape and working on the important foot skills... I couldn't ask for more and I met so many new people that I love!”

“Team Camp provides excellent training with fun drills. It builds team unity and prepared us for our season”
Ryan Whalen – Ridge High School Senior/Captain
It was an extremely well run camp with a fine professional cadre of instructors

Day One: Attacking With The Ball (dribbling & ball familiarity) & Small Sided Games
When to hold the ball and when to penetrate. Focus on players ability and confidence to beat players using a variety of moves. Look at the player with the ball as the first attacker, focusing on when, where and how to penetrate with the ball. Use small sided games to assess players ability on the first day so the USA trainer, can plan accordingly for the remainder of the week. Design practices that challenges a players ability to think for themselves and make decisions.
Day Two: Principles & Styles Of Defending
Individual and group defending focusing on pressure, deny, delay, depth, balance and concentration. Defensive clearances and movement. Concepts of pressurizing defender, supporting defender and balancing defender. Defensive responsibilities of all positions. Defensive decision making in relation to the game score. Applying the principles of defending to group and team units; this will include high and low pressure defending, man to man or zonal defending, defending in different areas of the field and training the team to work collectively within a unit. This will lead to defensive organization and decision making through a tactical overview of different formations and their impact on defensive tactics.
