Team Soccer CampsThe success of your team’s fall season will be built around how you and your team prepare during the pre-season. By using a USA trainer to conduct your pre-season team camp your team will receive the best possible preparation.
Team managers can choose the areas that they would like the trainer to concentrate on by selecting their importance on the USA Advanced Curriculum Guide. Your USA soccer trainer will work closely with you to ensure that the summer team camp is specialized to the individual needs of your team. We are confident that the quality of this team camp will meet and exceed players and coaches expectations. Individual Team Camps
For the convenience of you and your players we come to your field at the time and date of your choice. Camp duration and the camp start and finish times are selected by the Team Coach. Camps can be 2, 3, 4, or 6 hours per day in length and last for 1 week.
You may select your preferred time, location and dates. As with all Team Camps, your team will have their camp curriculum designed specifically for their team. Not sure about your camp curriculum? No need to worry, our Team Camp specialists will design your camp curriculum from top to bottom. The Team Coach can have as much, or as little input into the camp curriculum as they choose. More experienced Team Coaches may choose to design their entire camp curriculum while a coach with less experience may choose to have little or no involvement.
That's the beauty of a USA Team Camp, the choice is yours! Either way, our USA trainers will ensure that your team receives the very best Team Camp experience available.

Regular Team Camps
Teams may attend any scheduled USA day or evening camp and they will be kept together and trained as a team unit. Teams receive all the regular benefits of a Team Camp plus the atmosphere of a traditional USA camp.
Please ensure that you communicate your teams attendance with our main office prior to attending a regular camp.

Multi Team Camps
The purpose of the Multi Team Camp is to provide an environment where teams can be trained both technically and tactically in game realistic situations. Teams will engage in structured scrimmages with other teams on the camp to reinforce the tactical instruction delivered by the training staff.
It's one thing to receive tactical instruction; it's another to be able to take that instruction into a pressurized, game realistic situation and succeed. The USA Multi Team Camps create the optimum environment for team development to ensure that teams are prepared for the pressures and intensity of the game situation.

The USA Team Camp is a great start to the season in many ways. At an early age and with many sports offered to our boys, it seems that only after two weeks of play are the boy's back on same track they left off in the Spring. With the USA Team Camp our boys refresh their minds on simple foot skills and game play that they learned the season before. With new boys joining the team we are able to evaluate them better and figure out where they will fit in to maximize the team's performance.

United Soccer Academy staff will specifically design the camp to meet the needs of your team. This is done by communicating directly with the team coach, to ensure that he or she gets the exact training they require for their team. If a coach does not choose a specific team curriculum then the USA Travel Team curriculum will be followed.

That is designed to maximize the learning opportunity for each player and team, every moment, every day. Paying careful attention to all aspects of the game and building from a technical base to a tactical and functional level.

Competitive Opposition: (Multi Team Day Camp Only)
There are opportunities to put theory into practice through scrimmages with other Travel Teams. Scrimmages are used as a valuable coaching tool and are monitored and refereed very closely. Games are frequently frozen to highlight key coaching points.

Single Team Camp - Goalkeepers
Goalkeepers enrolled in Single Team Camps will be incorporated into the regular team training environment. Trainers will spend time during the sessions dealing with the extremely important issues of both concentration and confidence. Coaching in game situations and constructive feedback of performance will reinforce this point.
Multi-Team Camp - Goalkeepers
A separate goalkeeping curriculum will be run at multi-team camps where there are sufficient goalkeepers present.
Goalkeepers enrolled in Single Team Camps will be incorporated into the regular team training environment. Trainers will spend time during the sessions dealing with the extremely important issues of both concentration and confidence. Coaching in game situations and constructive feedback of performance will reinforce this point.
