Please find answers to some of our more frequently asked questions below:

What times are the interviews?
Every location shall start at 10am with a 1 hour presentation followed by 3 hours of 'field activities' consisting of coaching sessions.

Where exactly do we meet?
Please check the above links for exact location details so that you arrive at the right place on time.

Who is meeting me at the location?
You will be greeted by  Andrew Pearce - Regional Director of Recruitment for the United Soccer Academy and the US Sports Institute and other staff members from the US.

What should I wear?
We will spend the majority of the time on the field in a coaching setting. Please wear comfortable, warm sports clothing as we will be outside in all locations (except for Salford University)

Do I need to coach?
Yes. All candidates will be required to perform a 5-10 minute coaching session. The target age and ability will be sent to you prior to interview to allow you to prepare for the session. We will also be collecting a coaching plan prior to the session.
